I am the founder of Kimspiration Fitness, a business dedicated to helping women (especially moms) stay healthy and achieve their fitness goals. I am also a wife and mother to an active 4-year-old boy named Peace & a sweet infant named Maverick Henry. My experience of becoming a mom, and dealing with postpartum depression led me to using fitness to rehabilitate myself. This created a huge space in my heart for mothers trying to get back in shape & feel like themselves again. Prenatal resistance training allowed me to stay in shape and maintain my endurance necessary for labor and delivery.
