I am the founder of Kimspiration Fitness, a business dedicated to helping women (especially moms) stay healthy and achieve their fitness goals. I am also a wife and mother to an active 4-year-old boy named Peace & a sweet infant named Maverick Henry. My experience of becoming a mom, and dealing with postpartum depression led me to using fitness to rehabilitate myself. This created a huge space in my heart for mothers trying to get back in shape & feel like themselves again. I know how hard it is with kids, so I want to be apart of helping you find the new normal or new version of yourself. One of my main goals is to help all my clients eliminate excuses, and help you identify/achieve your fitness goals. What type of equipment do I need?
We can get started with a light set of dumbbells (5lbs) and a heavy set of dumbbells (10-15lbs). We would also need long & short resistance bands. Anything extra you have is bonus! I also will update you often with equipment that you can order to help us reach your goals faster.
